Project title: Nutritional Counseling Intervention for the Improvement of Health Status and Lifestyle

Tutor: Prof. Mariangela Rondanelli

Co-tutor: Dr. Cinzia Ferraris

In 2022, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with highest honors. I then continued my academic training and, in 2025, earned a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Food Sciences.

In 2024, I completed a First-level University Master’s program in Nutritional Counseling for Lifestyle Change: from Sedentary to Active, an experience that allowed me to further develop both my nutritional expertise and my communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential in supporting lifestyle improvement pathways.

In November 2025, I began a PhD program in Public Health and Lifestyle at the Department of Public Health, Experimental and Forensic Medicine of the University of Pavia, with the aim of strengthening my research skills and deepening my knowledge of public health and lifestyle-related topics. Throughout my academic career, I have focused on nutritional interventions and approaches with high clinical relevance, developing an integrated and evidence-based perspective.

My goal is to place my skills, passion, and commitment to continuous professional development at the service of the community, remaining consistently aligned with the most recent scientific evidence in the field of nutrition, in accordance with the continuing education requirements for healthcare professionals, in order to provide up-to-date, high-quality support in a constantly evolving field.

Project title: TRAJECTORY Project (Transition to Retirement: a Milestone within an Interdisciplinary and Participatory Approach around Lifestyle Habits and Well-Being)

Tutor: Prof. Hellas Cena

Tutor (Poitiers): Prof. Claire de Bisschop

I began my academic training in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Biotechnology at the University of Ferrara, followed by a Master's degree in Health Biology – Nutrition at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. My Master's thesis was on Nutrition and Eating Disorders, and I graduated with honours. I then pursued a Level II Master's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition at the University of Pavia. In the last year, I have been involved in various projects within the Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Laboratory at UniPv. As a research fellow (Spoke 7 - ONFOODS) related to food policy, behavior and education,  I have collaborated on several research projects. These include AUT-MENU, which aims to improve the mealtime experience for people with autism spectrum disorder (my master's thesis topic), and FOOD-HACK, which is a nudging survey aimed at promoting healthier eating habits in university environments. I have also worked on several TNE projects focused on developing countries. My doctoral project, TRAJECTORY, carried out in collaboration with the University of Poitiers (MOVE - Laboratoire Mobilité Vieillissement et Exercice), aims to develop an international observatory through a participatory approach to promote healthy lifestyles (physical activity, balanced diet and stress management). This involves co-designing a transition-to-retirement programme and conducting a multidimensional evaluation.
